We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and information on this website are accurate. However:

Herbal formulations may naturally vary slightly in appearance, texture, or color between batches, as they are prepared using traditional methods rather than industrial mass production.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are herbal wellness formulations intended to support general health and vitality as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Customers with pre-existing medical conditions (including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular conditions) or those taking prescription medication should consult a licensed physician before use.
Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from product use.

3. Orders

Orders may be placed through our website or via direct message on our official Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok accounts (@elixoria.herbs).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.
Order confirmation will be sent via the platform through which the order was placed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and manual online payment (bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa) as outlined at checkout or via direct message.
Online payment discounts, where offered, apply only when payment is verified prior to dispatch.
Proof of payment may be required for online transactions before an order is processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer delivery across Pakistan through our courier partners.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they depend on courier performance and location.
All orders are packaged discreetly, with no product branding or contents visible on the outer packaging.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the courier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene/safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or consumed items.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved cases will be resolved via replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds for online payments, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
COD orders that are refused at the point of delivery are not eligible for refund of any associated delivery charges.

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Elixoria Herbs products are herbal formulations and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
