Elixoria delivers nationwide across Pakistan.

• Delivery time: 3-5 business days from order confirmation, depending on your city.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on all orders.
• Packaging: All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy. No product names or branding appear on the outer package.
• Order confirmation: Once your order is placed, our team will contact you via Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok DM to confirm details before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, and to maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by messaging us directly. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
